Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time:
Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days
International Shipping: 10–20 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@purelyradiant.shop We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue quickly.


Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns:
• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
• To start a return, email support@purelyradiant.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives damaged or not working properly, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video showing the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, certain personal-use electronics (such as earbuds or grooming devices) cannot be returned once opened unless defective.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
